Who we are: we are Twin Colombian sisters and founders of M.I.A.R company Ltd, our logo is Twins Flavour Liverpool
We have been living in Liverpool since 2016. We instantly fell in love with this beautiful city and decided to stay here for good.
How twins flavour started?
We were born in Colombia and developed a passion for food from our grandmother who we would spend a lot of time cooking with. Her house always smelled delicious, she used to toast and grind her own coffee, slow cook delicious stews and infuse her food with rich, spicy sauces.
Due to our passion for cooking, both of us work as head chefs in Liverpool city centre. This has allowed us to develop good knowledge about health and safety standards and kitchen management as well as strong working relationships with local suppliers. ( Arbour, Mckuhen, etc..) READ MORE
